I found your site through Christine as you just created her gorgeous new logo and I’m so glad that I stopped by to have a look. I completely agree, there are so many photographers that have the same logos, same websites, same, same, same but I love the logos you have highlighted in your post! =)

Logos are always so much harder than they look. Generally, you know you’ve done your job creating a wonderful, simple logo when someone looks at it and says “Well hell, I could do that!” Couldn’t have picked a better top 7 myself.

Hi! I stumbled on your beautifully designed site on a CSS gallery. Great list of unique photographers logos. There needs to be more uniqueness in the photography niche!

Great post, thanks for sharing, Renee! I completely agree that these logos are absolutely fantastic. Simple yet genius. I used to think that once you made it “big” as a photographer, it doesn’t matter what your logo looks like! But now I know that the two really go hand in hand… very interesting post! :)

Great article. Not only are photographer’s logos blending in to be the same, their websites are too. Almost every photographer’s website I look at is the same: they are all flash based and play music. It’s annoying frankly, especially since there has been so much research done into what makes a good website and these sites usually go against a lot of these principles.

The logos you’ve chosen really do stand out. They’re each unique and some of them are quite clever.
